Temple Rathotsavam
Rathotsavam is among the largest events a temple holds in a year, and its scale is exactly where coordination matters most — processional routes, volunteer rosters, prasadam for large crowds, and a ritual calendar that runs across several consecutive days.
We work alongside the temple committee for the full duration: managing the practical side of each day so the committee and priests can stay focused on the rituals themselves.
The festival typically builds from preliminary poojas and flag-hoisting (dhwajarohanam) through to the main day, when the deity is taken through the streets in a decorated chariot (ratham) pulled by devotees, and closes with concluding rites. We coordinate the chariot decoration, route logistics and crowd management alongside the temple's own arrangements, so the procession itself can proceed safely and on schedule.
