Sambhoota Kreations exists so that families and institutions across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can hold a ceremony exactly as tradition intends — without carrying the logistics themselves.
Named for what a ceremony is meant to create
"Sambhoota" points to something brought fully into being — and that is the standard behind every function we take on. A ceremony done by half-measures loses its meaning; one carried out completely, in the right sequence, with the right intent, creates the experience it was always meant to.
We built Sambhoota Kreations as a Devotional Events Management Organization (DEMO) so that this completeness doesn't depend on the family doing the coordination themselves. Priests, samagri, venue arrangements, timing according to the panchangam — we hold all of it together, so the family's attention stays on the occasion itself.
For us, devotional event management is more than arranging a venue or coordinating a schedule. It is about understanding the significance of every ritual and ensuring that each element receives the care and respect it deserves. From the first discussion to the final completion of the ceremony, our role is to bring structure to the preparation and peace of mind to the people involved.

Dates and timings are checked against the panchangam, and the full ritual sequence is mapped out in advance.
Arranging priests & samagri
We bring in priests suited to your tradition and prepare every material the ceremony calls for, down to the smallest item.
On-site coordination
Our team is present through the event, managing setup, sequence and guests so your family can stay present in the ceremony.
