Overview

Traditional Marriage

A traditional wedding brings together more rites than any other single event we organise — from the initial nischitartham and pre-wedding poojas through to the muhurtham itself and the rituals that follow it. Every family's sequence varies slightly by region and community, so we start by understanding exactly what your family observes.

From there, we coordinate the priest, the full ritual calendar, and the practical side — mandapam, seating, catering coordination — so the ceremony itself proceeds without the family having to manage logistics on the day.

Depending on your family's tradition, the sequence typically includes nischitartham (engagement), sumangali prarthana or ganesh pooja, the wedding day itself with kanyadanam and mangalya dharanam at the muhurtham, and closing rites such as the nagoli or grihapravesham. We plan the timing of each rite in advance and coordinate the priest and family through the day, so nothing has to be worked out on the spot.
